By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

  2. The item must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

  3. Proof of purchase is required.

  4. A return request must be approved before shipping the item back.

  5. Restocking fee is 25% of product price.

4. How to Initiate a Return

4.1 Return Request

To request a return:

If approved, we will issue return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.


4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, documentation, and included items

  • Follow the return instructions provided in our email

  • Use a trackable shipping method


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: All return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Company responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping costs

Freight return shipping costs for large equipment can be substantial and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


6. Specific Return Scenarios

6.1 Change of Mind

  • Must meet all eligibility requirements

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Restocking fees may apply for large or freight-shipped equipment


6.2 Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos of the damage or defect

Resolution options:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Full refund (including return shipping, if applicable)


6.3 Incorrect Item Received

  • Notify us immediately upon delivery

  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense and send the correct product


6.4 Product Never Arrived

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Contact us promptly

  • We will investigate with the carrier

If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Full refund available

  • After shipment: Order must be returned following the return process


7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Custom or Made-to-Order Equipment
    Products manufactured, configured, or customized to customer specifications

  2. Used or Installed Equipment
    Any equipment that has been used, installed, activated, or exposed to bodily contact, including cryotherapy chambers, saunas, compression devices, and hyperbaric chambers

  3. Hygiene-Sensitive Products
    Items involving direct skin or bodily contact once opened or used

  4. Digital Products
    Software, licenses, downloadable materials, manuals, gift cards, or activation codes


8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Approval

  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected

  • You will be notified by email of approval or rejection


8.2 Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 7 business days

  • Banks and card issuers may require additional time for posting


8.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is returned damaged

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The item is returned outside the allowed timeframe


9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • For company errors, we cover shipping costs

  • For exchanges due to preference changes, the customer is responsible for shipping
